New Control System (NCS) for the 30m

This is the parent directory for all versions.
The subdirectories in the form yyyy-mm-ddvn.n contain the versions from different dates; subdirectory Current/PDF (if present) contains the current released version; subdirectory New/PDF may contain a newer version which is under development (not yet released).
